Remains of Victims Found At Ground Zero

It sad to think that after five years remains of victims are still be discovered at ground zero. This incompetence is shameful. With more than forty percent of the victims not having any identifiable remains, one would think that the site would have been completely searched. Maybe if some of the billions of dollars spent on punishing the supposed perpetrators in Iraq had been spent here we would not be talking about this five years later.
